Join the NAACP's Monthly Health Leads Forum on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 6:00 PM CT, online via Zoom.

This month's forum welcomes DaVita, a leader in kidney care, to share its commitment to transforming care for people living with kidney disease — holistic care throughout each patient's kidney disease journey. The forum also introduces the new Heart & Soul Curriculum, promoting The Healthy Five pillars for heart health and overall well-being.

On the program

National campaigns and initiatives, including Center for Health Equity updates, the DaVita presentation, and the Heart & Soul Curriculum; a public health round-up and spotlights for National Diabetes Month, Lung Cancer Awareness Month, Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month, and Prematurity Awareness Month; and an open forum for health leads across the country.
