Drake Law School is hosting a FREE Powers of Attorney and Living Wills Clinic on Friday, Oct. 23 as part of their Mark S. Cady Day of Public Service recognition.
They will offer three sessions throughout the day: 10 – 11 a.m., 2 – 3 p.m., and 5 – 6 p.m. Each session will consist of a 30-minute overview of powers of attorney and living wills followed by a one-on-one appointment with a Drake Law student to complete the required documents.
Attorneys will be available to answer additional questions. Participants will have the opportunity to obtain signed and notarized documents for their files.
This is a live, in-person clinic. It will be held at the Drake Neal and Bea Smith Law Center, 2400 University Avenue, Des Moines. Face masks are required.
